TAY-TOM? Tom-Tay? I’m not sure about Swi-Hidd, and Swiddleton sounds like a children’s television programme.
What about Tom-Swift, after the old science fiction character? Kids, ask your granddad.
Yes, there seems to have been some sort of by-law enacted in Los Angeles and now ALL celeb couples need a cutesy nickname.
Whatever they settle on, there’s no doubt who the new showbiz golden couple are.
Taylor Swift and her new beau, Tom Hiddleston.
The paparazzi are going mad trying to get hot shots of one of the world’s most famous divas and one of the hottest actors.
It’s a classic showbusiness romance in many ways. She’s the all-American, unlucky-in-love starlet, he’s the dashing and sophisticated actor from England.
Both are not bad to look at, either.
My friends have been gushing about how attractive both Tom and Taylor are.
I’ve caught a few making puppy dog eyes at pics of Night Manager hunk Tom – and that’s just the blokes!
I don’t think for a moment Tom and Taylor have been doing this, but I can say I know of two Hollywood couples who have staged their own paparazzi shots, which they then punted to the papers and magazines.
It’s a win-win for the couple – they can choose shots that look good, have complete control over who gets the pics and then make a bit of cash!
I don’t think Tom or Taylor need that sort of money – especially if Tom lands the role as 007 he’s been touted for.
Hang on, that gives me an idea – maybe we can call them James Blonde?
I’m loving life almost as much as Tom Hiddleston at the moment.
My now-older sister Elaine (that’s showbiz for you!) had a big birthday – not saying how big, but the fire brigade were called to put out the candles.
Meanwhile Lorraine Kelly’s daughter Rosie and Elaine’s daughter Hollie, my gorgeous niece, both graduated. Congrats, girls, we’re all so proud of you.
People often ask if Lorraine and I ever went out together way back in the day.
Now I can reveal the truth.
I was seeing her, but had my eyes on another girl called Deirdre. I wouldn’t go out with her until it was all over with Lorraine.
Sadly, Lorraine binned me, but at least I could sing: “I can see Deirdre now Lorraine has gone”.
Come on, that was worth it!
