Indy ref vote to take the night off at Still Game gig

Still Game duo vow to leave out the indy ref issue.

Greg and Ford know that opening night will come just hours after the most momentous vote in Scotland’s history and the country will be digesting the results of the Referendum.

And that’s why it won’t merit a mention in the show.

“The audience will know the result and I’d imagine half of them will be happy and the other half won’t, but we won’t be talking about it,” Ford reveals.

“So we’d suggest people just leave independence under their seats and enjoy the show. Anyway, it should bring some welcome relief because the Referendum is all people have been talking about for the past year!”
