Corrie stunner Georgia May Foote is set to follow fellow cobbles beauty Michelle Keegan out of the soap.
A bid at Hollywood fame beckons for the 23-year-old actress who is filming her final batch of episodes.
But there’s plenty Weatherfield drama to come in the shape of Callum, troubled Kylie’s drug dealer and dad of Max.
Katy’s looking after the youngster at the caf when Callum shows up this week.
“She has no clue who he is so when she sees him talking to Max she’s quite fiery,” explains Georgia.
“Callum unnerves her, though. He has that effect on her straight away. He works his charm on her pretty quickly. They exchange smiles and he’s definitely caught her eye.”
David’s feisty reaction and insistence on warning her off Callum doesn’t go down well. And the fact that Callum’s a bit of a wrong ’un is no deterrent.
“She tells herself that, as long as she thinks he’s OK, then that’s all that matters. I think Katy likes a bad boy anyway, so she’s definitely drawn to him and his edgy ways.
“That’s why she was attracted to Ryan. Deep down, though, I think she must know Callum’s only hanging around to get to David.”
And that’s definitely what’s on Callum’s mind when he discovers the cops are looking for him and literally strong-arms David into providing an alibi through the threat of revealing he’s Max’s real dad.
That keeps him late for meeting Katy at the bistro but he makes his excuses saying his mobile was dead.
“Katy defends him, saying it could happen to us all,” adds Georgia.
“She is really mad at him for being so late but he just flings his arm around her and she can’t stop smiling.”
