Muscle mum Lesley Ravenscroft, 45, of Dunfermline, Fife, will use the specially reinforced false leg to hoist barbell weights above her head.
She’s also planning to have a carbon fibre blade leg – similar to the one used by shamed athlete Oscar Pistorius – fitted, and will swap between the two false limbs depending on what she’s doing.
“I won’t let having my leg amputated stop me,” said the mum-of-four who lost her right leg after doctors couldn’t fix a blocked artery.
Lesley was a top bodybuilder when illness struck.
She has already clinched a trophy in an International Bodybuilding and Fitness Association competition.
She eats a 3,500 calorie a day diet of brown rice, chicken and nuts and lifts weights heavier than an average man.
