The Great British Bike Off.
Bake Off star Paul Hollywood has revealed his guilty pleasure and surprisingly it doesn’t involve soggy bottoms.
The 48-year-old star of the hit BBC show says he loves nothing better on a Sunday morning than roaring to his favourite cafe on his £14,000 Ducati motorbike for a bacon butty.
A cooked greasy roll tops his list of favourite simple foody pleasures as well as with tacos smothered in cheese, and popcorn.
Along with baking queen Mary Berry, his Great British Bake Off has become one of the nation’s favourite guilty pleasures, with this year’s final drawing a whopping 13.3m strong audience.
But revealing how he largely eschews sweet treats when the cameras stop rolling, motorsport fan Paul said: “My ideal day is to jump on my motorbike and go down to the local caf for a bacon roll and a cup of tea.”

Mega chef Paul is appearing at the BBC Good Food Show at Glasgow’s SECC this weekend with Mary Berry where, speaking exclusively to The Sunday Post, the Liverpool-born star also revealed how he is desperate to trace his Scottish roots.
“I have McKenzies on my mum’s side and I am desperate to track them down,” he said.
“Hollywood is an Irish name so I have ancestors there, too. I would love nothing better than finding the Scots side on a TV programme. I’d love to know who they were.”
He also revealed he is not the super-confident star millions think he is.
“I’m unconfident and not totally secure,” he added. “My father never praised me but I go out my way to praise my son.”
The chef is cooking for audiences of 900 in the SECC this weekend along with cookery doyen partner Mary, 79. And his key tip for people who want to follow in the show’s star baker footsteps? Clean your oven.
“How many people don’t clean their ovens? It affects the heat. It’s not the recipes that are wrong. It’s the ovens.”
