What do a rich laird, a single mum living in a council flat and a drag queen from Dennistoun have in common?
Like the rest of Scotland, they all have a big decision to make next month.
But unlike everyone else, their decision-making process has been filmed and documented for a new three-part BBC Scotland programme, Mibbes Aye, Mibbes Naw.
Described as a Gogglebox-style show, a disparate group of characters from throughout Scotland will be shown watching referendum programmes and news clips, while providing instant reaction to the cameras which have followed them over the past six months.
Among them is Simon Craufurd, who runs the Craufurdland Estate near Kilmarnock and can trace his ancestry back to William Wallace.
He’s voting no, although he can see the argument for more powers for Scotland.
“If we’re going to go down the route of having greater powers, let’s go down that route,” he said.
Local government officer Ria Din, from the Pollokshields area of Glasgow, is a vehement supporter of the Yes campaign.
“Nothing has persuaded me to change my mind,” she said.
Among the others taking part are Stuart and Frank, friends from Shetland who run a boat together, while Danny and Alison have a farm near Auchtermuchty and are both undecided.
