Geri Horner’s daughter praised as a ‘natural’ for This Morning stint

Geri Horner’s 11-year-old daughter Bluebell stole the show as she hosted a live cooking segment on This Morning.

The former Spice Girl made her debut as a stand-in presenter alongside Rylan Clark-Neal on the ITV daytime programme but, according to viewers, she was slightly upstaged by her child.

While viewers were divided over 45-year-old Horner’s presenting skills, many were in awe of “natural” presenter Bluebell, who made biscuit cupcakes.

During the segment, Clark-Neal said: “Can I just say, Bluebell is showing everyone up that has probably ever been in this kitchen.”

He joked that the programme’s regular chef Phil Vickery is “quaking in his boots”.

One portion of the cooking bit saw the little girl sweetly chastise her mother for icing the wrong cupcake.

“Mummy, you piped that onto the wrong one,” she said.

Viewers took to Twitter to share their joy over seeing Bluebell ace the food portion of the programme.

One wrote: “I’ve been loving the combination of @Rylan & @GeriHalliwell on #ThisMorning today but I have to say, Geri’s daughter Bluebell is a natural!”

Another said: “The confidence of Geri’s daughter Bluebell! What a lovely little girl.”

One viewer described Bluebell as a “beautiful” and “articulate child”.

They added: “I bet Geri is brimming over in pride for her adorable Bluebell, what a great show today.”

“Bluebell is a credit to Geri, Geri you should be proud,” one commented.

For others, it was a case of Bluebell doing a better job than her mother.

One viewer said: “Bluebell showing Geri how presenting should be done #ThisMorning.”

Another agreed, writing that “Bluebell is better than Geri at presenting”.

Bluebell is Horner’s eldest of two children, from a previous relationship, and she has a seven-month-old son called Monty with husband Christian Horner.
