Paolo Nutini has joined Calvin Harris as the headline acts at a summer music festival in Glasgow.
They will perform in front of home crowds at Glasgow Summer Sessions in Bellahouston Park over the last weekend in August.
Nutini, from Paisley, has been named as the headliner on Saturday August 29 with a crowd of around 35,000 people expected.
DJ Harris had already been announced as the main act on the Sunday, with support from Ellie Goulding and John Newman.
The festival is being staged by DF Concerts and was headlined last year by The Killers and David Guetta.
DF chief executive Geoff Ellis said: “Paolo was a sensation headlining last year’s T in the Park, so we are delighted to announce that he will be headlining Glasgow Summer Sessions on Saturday August 29.
“Paolo has sold out gigs at The SSE Hydro, O2 Academy and across the globe – this is going to be an incredible event and a welcome return home for a Scottish music great.”
More acts are to be announced for the Saturday of the event and tickets go on sale this weekend. Tickets for the Sunday have already sold out, organisers said.
