The Scots tennis ace is selling the glass-walled 45th floor apartment with stunning views over the Florida resort.
Property records show Andy, 28, who is married to Kim, bought the impressive pad in 2008 for just over £1 million.
But its sale suggests he is overhauling his gruelling training regime, which has previously meant spending most winters in the Florida sunshine, to help Kim, 28, look after their first-born.
Proud Scot Andy has hinted that he wants to spend more time with his family.
He’s previously said: “I don’t know if I’m going to like being away from my daughter.
“I’ll just have to wait and see”.
The four-bedroom 3,415-square foot Jade Residences apartment has its own private lift leading to a foyer, four en-suite bathrooms, a games room and views of the beautiful Biscayne Bay.
Murray, a gold medallist at the London Olympics, bought Cromlix House, a 19th Century luxury boutique hotel just outside his home town of Dunblane, in 2013.
He also owns a £5.45 million mansion in Oxshott, Surrey.
