Last week we were basking in glorious sunshine with warm spring temperatures.
But many of us will have looked out of the window today to find fluffy white chunks of snow falling down.
Here’s how Scots reacted to the weather on Twitter, in our own inimitable style.
Our Glasgow office got a wee bit chilly as the window was cracked open for this video.

It is to be expected in Scotland.
Scotland, where snow in April is perfectly acceptable…

Last week I was sunbathing on George square, this week I'm in bed watching the snow fall from the sky. No bother Scotland ??

And some are less than impressed.

Perhaps this is the reason behind the April snow?
Rather odd watching it #snow right before May arrives….but the purple legend did say Sometimes It Snows in April

I'm going to give the weather the benefit of the doubt and treat this April snow as a Prince tribute.

This sounds like a good plan!
I say if it settles we all go sledging in Kelvingrove Park. #Glasgow #Snow #SnowInApril
— Becky Douglas (@BeckyDouglas) April 28, 2016
Sledging might be an easier option for the pilot of this plane.
Probably not going flying today! #Brrrr #GlenforsaAirfield #IsleofMull #Scotland #Stearman #Snow!! pic.twitter.com/JJpLO7yQZK
