GAME OF THRONES stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie are engaged.
The couple, who appeared together in the HBO fantasy smash-hit, announced their forthcoming nuptials in a notice placed in The Times on Wednesday.
Both 30 years old, the couple confirmed they were an item in early 2016.
In May Harington revealed they had moved in together and were “very, very happy”, but gave no more detail about the relationship.

Under the names Mr K.C. (Kit Catseby) Harington and Miss R.E. (Rose Eleanor) Leslie, the Times notice read: “The engagement is announced between Kit, younger son of David and Deborah Harington of Worcestershire, and Rose, middle daughter of Sebastian and Candy Leslie of Aberdeenshire.”
Scottish actress Leslie rose to fame as housemaid Gwen Dawson in Downton Abbey and played the wildling Ygritte in GoT between 2012 and 2014.
Londoner Harington has earned legions of fans as noble Jon Snow in the hit HBO series.
The seventh and penultimate season of GoT concluded in August, with a final series slated for 2018.
