More charges have been handed out by the Scottish FA following Sunday’s fiery Old Firm clash.
Celtic captain Scott Brown and Rangers manager Steven Gerrard are both facing bans having been served notices of complaint.
Brown has been charged with not acting in ‘the best interests of Association Football’ for his conduct after the final whistle, where he was seen gesturing to the away section.
Gerrard, meanwhile, has been offered a one match ban for misconduct, understood to be for comments made to referee Bobby Madden.
Both clubs have also been served notices relating to the confrontation between the two teams at full time.
Hearings will take place on May 2 should any of the charges be contested.
Rangers have already appealed a charge levelled at Ryan Kent for an incident where he lashed out at Brown following Celtic regaining the lead late on.
The appeal meant he was free to face Hearts last night, but faces a three-match ban if the ruling is not overturned.
At a press conference this morning, Gerrard said: “We have our version of events on Ryan Kent, we have challenged it and we will wait and see.
“We don’t think it was in the face and the photo makes it look worse than it was.”
