A children’s theatre company is appealing for people to create knitted cakes and sweet treats for its winter show.
The cakes are needed for a huge imaginary tea party at the end of the Starcatchers show called The Attic.
Starcatchers and associate artist Hazel Darwin-Clements are looking for a huge variety of styles, from cupcakes, cake slices and doughnuts, to tarts, swiss rolls and Battenberg.
Festive cakes such as mince pies and Christmas pudding are also welcome.

The Attic explores the relationship between a young girl Lucy and her grandmother as they rummage through suitcases and boxes in the attic.
All the cakes must be safe for very young children to play with.
Knitters are being urged to use wool scraps and leftovers, and can contact Starcatchers if they need more wool.
All volunteers will be acknowledged, with their names featuring in the programme.
The production will tour around Scotland in winter 2017/18, with dates and locations to be announced in due course.
The knitted cakes should be sent by November 30, including your name and address to: Starcatchers Productions, 1 Summerhall, Edinburgh, EH9 1PL.
