TONIGHT’S Scottish Cup clash between Rangers and Cowdenbeath has been postponed after the pitch failed an inspection.
The match was due to kick-off at 7:45pm, broadcast live on Premier Sports.
A tweet from the official account of the Scottish Cup said: “As a result of the freezing temperatures the William Hill Scottish Cup fixture between Cowdenbeath and Rangers has been postponed following a late pitch inspection.
“Despite the best efforts of the Cowdenbeath grounds staff, the pitch was deemed to be unplayable.”
The match has been rescheduled for Wednesday January 30.

Following a late pitch inspection, this evening's @ScottishCup game v @RangersFC has been called off.
The match will now be played on Wednesday 30th January.
