EFE AMBROSE has left Hibs, the club has announced.
The 30-year-old centre-back invoked a clause in his contract that allowed him to leave the club this month.
He turned down an improved three-year contract that would have extended his stay at Easter Road to pursue other opportunities.

Ambrose had originally joined the club on loan from Celtic in February 2017 while they were in the Championship, teaming up again with Neil Lennon.
After a successful spell, the move was made move permanent and the Nigerian helped the Edinburgh side win promotion back to the Premiership and was a regular starter up until his departure.
A statement from the club today said: “A popular figure with players, staff and supporters alike, the club made every effort to keep Efe but respect his decision and thank him for his contribution.
“He leaves with the best wishes of everyone at Hibernian.”
