From independent cinemas to our national museum, venues across the country are hard at work producing inclusive programs and projects for people living with dementia and their companions, friends and family.

Movie Memories: Glasgow Film Theatre launches dementia friendly screenings
Cameo Picturehouse
Taking place on the last Monday of each month, these shows are an inclusive space where people to encouraged to chat to one another over a free cuppa.
The shows are usually classic musicals and there is a small interval in the middle of the show to allow for a comfort break. The sound is not as loud and lights are kept at mid level. Singing along is encouraged and song sheets are supplied.
