ANDY MURRAY has announced that Roger Federer will be coming to Scotland for an upcoming Hydro live tennis event.
When asked what advice Murray has for Federer’s trip to Scotland, he said he should avoid a certain unusual chippy dish.
A reporter queried whether the tennis star would “teach him (Federer) how to put a kilt on?” and Murray responded by warning the Australian Open champion instead to avoid deep-fried chocolate.
“I tried one of them for the first time last year and it was horrific,” says Andy. “Stay away from that.”
When the journalist pressed him on the kilt question, Murray remarked that Roger had indeed worn a kilt to announce Andy as his charity guest one year.
“It’s worth looking at actually,” said Andy. “It’s quite good.”
