The Met Office forecast for Good Friday is for the mercury to reach up to 21C in Glasgow and the high teens across the west of the country. It will be much cooler in the north-east, with temperatures around 11C in Aberdeen. The wind direction changes overnight into Saturday, with a cloudier day for many. The east, though, is likely to see 20C thanks to the change in conditions. The sunshine is set to continue into Sunday and Monday.
