Sign Up ALTHOUGH Edinburgh Airport is open today, both Ryanair and Easyjet have announced all their scheduled flights are cancelled for the rest of the day. All other passengers have been told to check their flight status with their airline directly before making their way to the airport. An Edinburgh Airport spokesperson said: “Today will be challenging and there will be disruption. “We understand that the fluidity of the situation can be frustrating and we thank passengers for their ongoing patience and support. “We will provide info on our website regarding confirmed cancellations throughout the day.” Those with trips planned from Glasgow Airport have also be advised to confirm the status of the flight with the airline before heading to the airport.
