FRIENDS of a woman who became the seventh hillwalker to die on Scotland’s hills this year are raising funds for the mountain rescue team that searched for her.
The body of keen hiker Alison Fox, 51, from Alloa, Clackmannanshire, was found in the Ochil Hills near Menstrie last Friday (March 2).
Now her friends in Clackmannanshire Hillwalking Club have launched an appeal to raise money for Ochil Mountain Rescue Team in her memory.
A variety of fundraising activities will be published on the club Facebook page.
