US rock band Green Day have cancelled their July 4th concert at Bellahouston Park.
The rockers were scheduled to visit Glagow on the European leg of their tour.
In a statement PCL Present said: “We are sorry to inform you that due to adverse weather conditions it is no longer safe for the bands to perform on stage and unfortunately today’s show will be cancelled.
“Tickets will be refunded from point of purchase within ten working days.”

They band were set to be joined by support acts Slaves, Rancid and The Skids.
The news was announced only 40 minutes before gates were due to open.
