Measure out the lime and lemon juice, and the Jasmine syrup.
Finely slice the fresh ginger root, removing the outer skin.
Tear the mint into small chunks, then add all the ingredients into a blender. If you don’t have a smoothie maker, a hand-held stick blender will do the job.
Blend until smooth and drink straight away for the ultimate morning pick-me-up, or serve over crushed ice with a pea garnish for a delicious evening mocktail.
