GLASGOW Indian restaurants The Dhabba and Dhakin are offering a spirited reward to customers who make it into the venues through the snow.
Whilst owner Navdeep Basi wants everyone to be safe, he’s aware there are a lot of town dwellers who still have hungry tums.
He’s offered to refuel them with a free glass of Amrut Award Winning Indian Malt Whisky along with their meals.
Anyone who makes it to dine in the Merchant City North Indian and South Indian restaurants today and Friday will qualify for the free glass of malt – with the option of extra special ice.
Navdeep said: “When the snow strikes lot of places shut up shop, but our staff have managed to brave the elements and hope to give customers an extra warm welcome.
“Of course we want everyone to be safe in this weather and realise not everyone will be driving into own but there are plenty of locals in the Merchant City who might feel they deserve a wee dram on us.
“Anyone who makes it through the snow and ice deserves a reward. After all there’s no business like snow business!”
