The new Isle of Harris Gin bar will open next month in Glasgow City Centre.
A new Isle of Harris Gin bar is opening in Glasgow City Centre next month.
Located above Cafe Gandolfi in the Merchant City, the new bar will open on October 15, and be limited to 16 people per session.
Welcoming guests on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings up until mid-December 2020, admissions will be operating on a ticketed basis.
Tickets include a menu of drinks blending Isle of Harris Gin with innovative ingredients and cocktail-making techniques, which have been designed to evoke a sense of the Hebrides.
Guests will also enjoy a taste of Gandolfi’s fresh seafood offering alongside the drinks.
Each evening will be hosted by an Isle of Harris Distillery Brand Ambassador and dedicated bartender.
Tickets will be priced at £40 per head, the price of which includes three bespoke cocktails and a sorbet, with three small and simple seafood pairings.
