JUDY FINNIGAN is “done with TV” and wants to focus on her “health and our family”, her daughter has said.

Chloe Madeley said she did not believe working on the box again would make the former This Morning co-host, 70, happy.

Along with husband Richard Madeley, 62, Finnigan presented ITV’s later-morning chat show from when it first launched in 1988 until 2001.

The presenter was later a regular on the the channel’s Loose Women, with her last appearance in 2015.

Her daughter told The Sun: “My mum is done with TV and if she went back to it I don’t think it would make her happy.

“She wants to concentrate on other things, such as her health and our family.”

Richard and Judy gained widespread popularity as the married presenting duo of This Morning.

In 2001 they moved to Channel 4 and the Richard and Judy chat ran until 2008 before moving to Watch until its end in 2009.

Madeley continues to make regular appearances as a guest host of ITV’s Good Morning Britain and is a familiar face on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff.

He also presented Madeley on Sunday on Radio 2 and occasionally sits in as a replacement host on the station.

The couple also continue to have a book club with WH Smith.
