Fun-loving Angela Parry-Sangster is this week’s super-fit Instagran.
The Aberdeen ambulance technician, 53, likes to work and play hard.
When she’s not helping to save lives she is busy having fun with her family and keeping fit.
Here she shares snapshots from her busy life.
Partyin’ in Prague
This is me with my daughters Jayde, 26, and Wendi, 33. I also have a son, Aarrone, 33.
This photo is of us dressing up for Wendi’s hen party in Prague in 2016.
A dozen girls joined us there to give Wendi a good send off before she became a married woman.
It was an absolute blast; as the song says, “Girls just want to have fun!”
My special mum
This is a precious photo, taken with my mum Lena before she passed away last year, aged 79. We had taken her out for a Chinese New Year meal.
I cherish every moment in life because time goes by so quickly. Making happy memories with family is so important and the best way to live life!
Family first
Wendi has given me two beautiful grandchildren. I couldn’t be more proud of them. Here I am with my granddaughters, Ellie, 17, and Olivia, two.
My husband Mark is also in the picture, taken on a family holiday to Rhodes in Greece in 2017. Spending quality time with loved ones is what I love to do most.
We’ve had some great breaks away, our favourite place to visit is Disney World in Florida.
Hitting the heights
I work out weekly at the gym doing yoga, body balance – a mix of tai chi, yoga and pilates.
I also do body attack, and body pump, and go cycling, with my dog running alongside for company.
I’ve been doing this for about 10 years. This photo shows me “bouldering”.
Mark, 55, who works for an oil company, doesn’t share my passion for fitness. He prefers the football. He’s a big Celtic supporter.
