Christeen Bye has two children and three grandchildren and many more kids who call her “Auntie Christeen”.
Christeen helps run a small construction company in Falkirk and loves to spend time with family and friends.
She also loves to travel and likes it even more to combine the two and visit her friends in Greece.
We love a selfie
This is a selfie. Check me, with Holly, left, and Freyja, two of my three grandchildren.
They are always stealing my phone, because they love a selfie, too.
I love entertaining the kids, but they usually end up entertaining me. All my grandkids love to sing and dance. Elsa from Frozen is a particular favourite.
My wee angels
Three little angels. Not!
This pic of Holly, Freyja and Chloe was taken at my son David’s house and is rare because it is almost impossible to get them sitting still long enough to take a photo.
Even in this shot, the little one, Freyja, isn’t looking at the camera. She is a bundle of energy and her sister Holly and big cousin Chloe absolutely adore her.
A girls day out
This is me and my friends Janelle, Susan and Michelle posing with Oor Wullie in Edinburgh last summer.
That day, we were doing a silent disco which was part of the Edinburgh Fringe. The silent disco was hilarious. When you have the headphones on you feel like you are invisible and can dance like nobody’s watching.
After that, we discovered this statue of Scotland’s favourite son.
Holiday fun
This one is me with Chloe in Tenerife in 2018.
We were on holiday and were waiting in the hotel lobby for our transfer to the airport after a lovely week in the sun.
It was while on this holiday I wrote my first travel blog and received lots of good feedback.
Hopefully that is something I will do more of in the future.
