Glamorous Elaine Kelly from Cambuslang in Glasgow became a gran for the first time last year.
Here “Glammy”, as she is known to granddaughter Millie, shares her favourite moments with P.S.
Costa del Glam
Here’s “Glammy” enjoying some time off recharging her batteries in sunny Tenerife with friends Sharon, Alison and Allison!
We had a great time. I missed Millie loads but modern technology made sure I stayed in touch through regular pictures and videos. It’s so easy to do.
Being a granny doesn’t mean your social life stops. In fact, I’m as busy as ever!
Little Learner
We love nothing more than spending time with this little bundle of joy. She’s at a great age and has the most amazing, cheeky nature.
Her mum and dad fill her time with fun activities. Here’s Millie with her new pink Mini. She’s perfected a parallel park but there’s a bit of work to be done on the reversing…
First Christmas
Millie was the greatest gift our family received in 2018 and, as Christmas has always been an important time for our family, it was a given that we would immerse her in our festive traditions right from the the start.
Our annual Christmas Market Day went ahead as normal. Here she is at three months marvelling at the lights and getting a picture in front of the majestic Christmas tree in George Square…special moments with many more to follow.
My birthday girl
Happy first birthday to our gorgeous girl. A fabulous day celebrating with family and friends with Millie wondering what all the fuss was about. She was a total superstar.
It was the quickest year ever, but watching her grow and learn something new every day was amazing. She has enriched our lives in so many ways. I’m super-proud of all her mum and dad do for her and how they’re already instilling family values and traditions.
