THE Scottish SPCA is seeking a new home for Kai, a lovable lurcher, who has been overlooked at their centre in Dumbarton for 356 days.
Kai, who has been featured as a Sunday Post Pet of the Week, is in need of a new home where he can be taken on long walks and then come home to a cosy bed to snuggle up in.
Scottish SPCA Dumbarton centre manager Joe McDade said, “Kai has such a large heart and he’s been patiently waiting for the right person to come along and give him the life he deserves.
“Kai has been a delight to care for and we know there is a special home out there for him to call his own.
“He arrived into our centre through no fault of his own and has had very little interest, despite being in our care just under a year.”
Joe added, “If anyone would like to meet Kai or one of his friends they should pop along to the centre any day (closed Tuesday) 10am to 4pm.”
Anyone who can offer Kai a suitable new home is being asked to contact the Scottish SPCA’s centre in Dumbarton on 03000 999 999.
