Kira is a lovely dog who is super affectionate and loves people!
She is currently in the care of the Scottish SPCA Glasgow Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre, and would love to find her forever home.
Kira loves to go for walks and or to run around in the Society’s exercise pens with toys. She is also very food orientated, therefore she picks up tricks very quickly.
Kira is not suited to living with other dogs. She can walk passed them at a distance but is not keen on them being too close and in her space. She will react to them and will need an owner who can handle her. As a result of this she also would not be suited to living in a flat.
Kira has had some tummy issues whilst in the Society’s care and they have found that these have settled when she is on gastrointestinal food. This could possibly be changed over to another sensitive food in a new home but this would need to be done slowly and gradually.
If you can give Kira the home she has been waiting for, please apply via the Scottish SPCA website here.
