Shep is a friendly Jack Russell terrier looking for his new home. He is being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Highlands and Islands Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.
He is a small guy with a big personality.
Shep gets very excited to go for his daily walks and generally walks well on his wee harness. At times he does like to go everywhere at great speed.
Despite being an older boy he is still very lively and full of energy. He would like a home where he will still get plenty of exercise and time outside.
Shep does have some age and breed related joint issues which a new owner would need to take into consideration but at the moment this doesn’t hold him back.
He can be a bit of a typical terrier when it comes to other animals and will need to be the only pet in the house.
Shep would love to find an owner to take him on new adventures who has lots of time to give him attention and affection.
If you can give Shep his new home, please apply via the Scottish SPCA website.
