Pet of the week: Could you give Yorkshire terrier cross McSpicy a forever home?

McSpicy is a cute Yorkshire terrier cross looking for a forever home. He is currently being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Lanarkshire Scotland Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.
When McSpicy arrived at the centre, he was fearful and overwhelmed. Now that he has settled in, staff are getting to see a new side of this little dog. He is feeling confident enough to relax and play with his favourite toys – squeaky ones are his favourite!
McSpicy knows some basic commands like sit and paw, but he is not fully house-trained yet. He requires some more guidance but luckily he is very motivated by food, which will be a great training tool for his future family.
McSpicy has some trust issues and is quite unsure of men. He prefers to socialise with dogs his own size and behaves better with females. Due to his timid nature, the Society is looking for a female and adult-only home for him.
