THE spotlight is squarely on two managers tonight who badly need a win.
Sunderland’s David Moyes needs to divert some of the controversy away from him following his comments to BBC reporter Vicki Sparks, and Jose Mourinho will want to see his Manchester United side not drop more points at home.
Here is what both men might face:
BURNLEY 2 STOKE 1
THE Clarets have not won any of their last seven games, but Sean Dyche’s have been excellent at targeting this type of match all season. I expect a tenth home win for them.
LEICESTER 3 SUNDERLAND 0
DAVID MOYES desperately needs three points as Sunderland start to be cut adrift at the bottom. But it’s unlikely to be here. One more league win for Leicester and they can focus completely on the Champions League.
MANCHESTER UNITED 2 EVERTON 0
ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC is back for Manchester United after suspension and that should be enough to carve open a patched-up Everton side, and maybe cheer up Mourinho.
WATFORD 1 WEST BROM 1
TONY PULIS’ team claimed a creditable draw at Old Trafford on Saturday and it will be another hard-earned point for West Brom this evening.
