RANGERS have confirmed the signing of Jason Cummings on loan until the end of the season.
The former Hibs striker joins from Nottingham Forest, where he made 14 appearances since being signed by Mark Warburton last summer.

The 22-year-old had impressed at Easter Road, and scored eight times against Rangers during his time in the Championship.
He told the club’s website: “Something I have always wanted to do since I can remember is to play in an Old Firm game and I can’t wait to be part of one.”
In a similar deal to the one which has brought Jamie Murphy to Ibrox from Brighton, Rangers will have the option to sign Cummings on a permanent basis in the summer.

Cummings joins Murphy and Sean Goss as January additions to Graeme Murty’s squad.

A loan deal for Norwich’s Russell Martin is expected to be completed this week, and earlier today, Kilmarnock rejected a bid from the Glasgow club for winger Jordan Jones.
Greg Doherty of Hamilton has also been linked with a move to Ibrox.
