The defender has been handed a two-match ban effective immediately after losing an appeal against a red card received against St Johnstone. The 26-year-old received a straight red from referee Kevin Clancy for a lunge on Saints striker Graham Cummins. Kiernan will also miss a home tie against Hamilton next weekend.
