RANGERS have reportedly made a move to sign West Ham defender Reece Oxford on loan.
According to the Daily Mail, the Ibrox side have made contact with the Hammers to bring the 18-year-old north of the border until the end of the season.
Mark Warburton has already recruited two Premier League youngsters on loan in Arsenal’s Jon Toral and Emerson Hyndman of Bournemouth.
Oxford, who can play in defence or midfield, recently signed a new deal at the London club having made an impressive debut against Arsenal last season aged just 16.
He put pen to paper on a four-year deal in December.
The England under-20 cap is yet to feature in the league for West Ham this season, but made two starts in their Europa League qualifiers before an ankle injury kept him out for six weeks.
