DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES actress Teri Hatcher, comedian Alan Carr and leader of the Scottish Conservative Party Ruth Davidson are among the stars taking part in The Great Celebrity Bake Off, Channel 4 has confirmed.
The special edition of the Bake Off, in aid of Stand Up To Cancer, will also feature judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith and presenters Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig.
The other confirmed star contestants are comedians Tim Minchin, Aisling Bea, Lee Mack, Joe Lycett and Harry Hill, TV presenters Stacey Solomon and Melanie Sykes, writer and actress Roisin Conaty, Kaiser Chiefs star Ricky Wilson, Diversity dancer Perri Kiely, Countdown host Nick Hewer, actors Martin Kemp and Griff Rhys Jones, newsreader Bill Turnbull, Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing, singer Ella Eyre and Paralympic gold medallist Kadeena Cox.
The contestants will face a signature challenge, a technical challenge and the all-important showstopper.

News of the eclectic and star-studded line-up comes the day after Channel 4 announced Liam Charles and comedian Tom Allen will host a professional spin-off show from the baking competition, Bake Off: The Professionals.
The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer will air later this year.
