GLASGOW WARRIORS pair Stuart Hogg and Tommy Seymour have been named in the British and Irish Lions squad.
They are the only Scots named in Warren Gatland’s squad for the upcoming tour of New Zealand.
Gatland also selected 16 England players, 12 from Wales, and 11 from Ireland.

Wales flanker Sam Warburton will lead the side, becoming only the second player, after Martin Johnson, to captain the Lions in two tours.
England captain Dylan Hartley has been left out, but there are places for Ireland full-back Jared Payne, England wing Jack Nowell and Wales back row Ross Moriarty.
Well deserved on both fronts – a shame the same cannot be said of some others…but now time to get behind the team – it's going to be tough https://t.co/4rcWmeWGbo

Gatland said: “It was probably the hardest we have had [to pick]. We think it is the strongest squad. We are really excited with the talent and quality of the team we are taking to New Zealand.”
