The Scottish Sun reports that Ms Davidson, who has helmed the party for eight years, will make an announcement on her future tomorrow (Thursday). It follows Boris Johnson’s controversial move to suspend Parliament just weeks before the Brexit deadline. Ms Davidson has been a noted critic of Mr Johnson, and backed his rival Jeremy Hunt in the Tory leadership contest. She returned to her role as leader in May, having given birth to her first child in October of last year.
