Scottish Premiership post-split fixtures released by SPFL

THE Scottish Premiership’s post-split fixtures have been announced by the SPFL.

Celtic will have the chance to win the title with a victory against Hibs at Easter Road on April 21.

They then play Rangers at Parkhead on Sunday 29 April at 12pm.

The final day fixtures for the bottom six include Dundee v Partick, Motherwell v Hamilton and St Johnstone v Ross County.

For the top six, Celtic host Aberdeen, Kilmarnock travel to Hearts and Hibs welcome Rangers to Easter Road.
