THE family of TV veteran Sir Bruce Forsyth have announced his death aged 89.
The family confirmed he passed away on Friday after years of ill-health.
The TV legend had legions of fans thanks to his years at the helm of classic shows like Strictly Come Dancing and the Generation Game.
He is survived by current wife Lady Wilnelia Forsyth – a former Miss World – as well as second wife Anthea Redfern. His first wife Penny Calvert died in 2014.
Sir Bruce had six children from his three marriages – daughters Debbie, Julie and Laura from his first marriage, daughters Charlotte and Louisa from his second, and a son from his marriage to Wilnelia.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
