Sky and NOW broadband customers have reported problems logging on to certain websites and VPNs.
The issues, experienced on Friday morning, have seen users unable to access bank and university websites, among others.
And many working from home have been unable to connect to VPNs, which allow remote access to their workplace systems.
Sky, who also own NOW, said they were aware of the issue and were working on a fix.
