WITH the top and bottom six confirmed, the SPFL have released the final set of fixtures in this season’s Scottish Premiership.
Each team plays the five others in their half one more time before the end of the season.
Champions Celtic finish at home to Hearts, with Aberdeen and Rangers on away trips on the final day of the season.
At the bottom, it could be a nervy day on May 20 with all of the relegation threatened teams in action at the same time.
