SIR Paul McCartney plays Glasgow tonight as part of his Freshen Up tour.
The Beatles legend will perform at The SSE Hydro before heading down to London’s O2 on Sunday.
Doors open at 6:30pm for the show, with it beginning at 8pm.
The venue has advised that Sir Paul may be on stage at 8pm sharp.
The curfew for the show is 11pm.
SSE Hyrdo bosses have advised anyone coming along to be sure they’re there early as high security will be in place.
If you’re hoping to hear Mull of Kintyre you may be disappointed, however.
Over the years, Sir Paul has chosen not to always play his hit Mull Of Kintyre and has dropped it from the setlist for his world tour’s only Scots show.
His decision emerged after Kintyre Schools Pipe Band asked if they might join him on stage to perform the hit.
The band is led by Ian McKerral who performed with the now defunct Campbeltown Pipe Band on the original Mull Of Kintyre single 41 years ago.
It became Wings’ and Sir Paul’s biggest ever single hit as well as a Christmas No 1.
But it won’t be heard when Sir Paul takes to the stage at the Hydro.
