It is expected that Gerrard will be unveiled at 3pm at Ibrox. It’s understood he has agreed a three year deal with the club, with Gary McAllister expected to join him as his assistant. Jimmy Nicholl was due to face the media at lunchtime at the club’s Auchenhowie training ground ahead of the Kilmarnock match on Saturday.
