The Sunday Post has been crowned Sunday Newspaper of the Year for the second year running.
The Post triumphed at the prestigious 44th Scottish Press Awards with judging chair Richard Neville praising its quality reporting and hard-hitting journalism.

Chief Reporter Marion Scott took home the Reporter of the Year title for the second consecutive year and also retained the Nicola Barry award for outstanding journalism by women.
Scott also picked up Scoop of the Year after securing the first interview with football rape victim Denise Clair after her attacker David Goodwillie was signed by Raith Rovers.
Jen Stout, whose reports for the Sunday Post from war-torn Ukraine told of the conflict’s impact on normal people, won the runner up place in the Reporter of the Year category.
Our sister title The Courier won the Best Coverage of a Live Event title, football writer Alan Temple won Sports News Writer of the Year and Jennifer McLaren was Regional Feature Writer.
The Press and Journal won News Website of the Year. Its Stuart Findlay was named Regional Reporter of the Year.

PA photographer Jane Barlow became the first ever photographer to win the Journalist of the Year category for her last public pictures of the Queen.
