Treat the family to a hearty meal from Malcolm Allan

Why not cook a family dinner together, to end your day out in Falkirk.

Malcolm Allan is a family-run company that has been manufacturing quality Scottish meat products since 1954.

Its products are on sale in every town in Scotland and on many of the Islands. Its reputation was built as a high street butcher serving high quality products. The owners believe that they still offer this standard of product but now through supermarket customers.

Malcolm Allan has been one of Scotland’s top food brand for the last 10 years (according to Kantar).

And the butcher produces 54% of all Scotland’s Lorne sausage, a sausage exclusive to Scotland. An average of 50 tonnes of sausages are produced here every  week.

Malcolm Allan trained his children (who now run the business) to use all the parts of the cattle, giving them a large product range. They continue to pass this ethos down throughout the company.

A one-stop shop for retail meat product solutions, Malcolm Allan produces a wide range of sausage products, haggis, black puddings and burgers in a variety of pack sizes. It also produces traditional butcher meat lines, including beef olives, mince, diced steak and steak pies.

Find Malcolm Allan products in Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, Co-op, Spar, McColls, Iceland, B&M & Bookers.
