THE heartbroken family of a young student who disappeared more than three weeks ago have appealed for him to come home.
Thomas Keenan, 21, was last seen on November 21 at a petrol station in Glasgow, wearing just shorts and T-shirt despite almost freezing temperatures.
He was spotted on CCTV at 5.54am that Tuesday, but hasn’t been heard from since.
His grandparents Tommy and Margaret Kennan, who Thomas thought of as his mum and dad, have appealed directly to their eldest grandson to come home.
Tommy said: “Thomas, just get in touch. We all love you, and whatever is wrong we can sort it out. You can talk to us about anything and you’re not in any trouble. Please, just let us know where you are. You’re breaking my heart.”
Thomas grew up in care but saw Tommy, 70, and Margaret, 68, every week and had recently started a new college course in sociology.
Margaret added: “It’s a complete nightmare.”
Any information can be given to Police Scotland on 101.
