UP to 20 cars have been involved in a motorway crash during rush hour.
Emergency services were called to the scene at the Erskine Bridge, junction 30 eastbound on the M8, at around 7.55am on Thursday.
Five cars were involved in an initial collision and it is believed up to 15 cars then ran into each other.

Police said there were no reports of any serious injuries in the crash.
The road was closed while the vehicles were recovered and later re-opened.
Earlier this week, an analysis of over 2,000 British motorways and A-roads revealed that the M8 is home to the most accidents and has claimed more lives than anywhere else in Scotland.
The data, obtained by leading motorcycle and classic car insurance broker Carole Nash following a Freedom of Information request to the Department for Transport, looked at all reported road incidents on UK roads between 2007-2016. It found there were 1812 accidents on the M8 – more than any other road in the country.
The M8 also had the greatest number of vehicles involved in crashes – the 3,311 vehicles recorded is four times more than the M74, the road with the second highest number of accidents.
