The film continues the story from the previous instalment, 2015’s The Force Awakens. Carrie Fisher, who passed away in December, will feature as Princess Leia in scenes shot before her death. There’s also starring roles for John Boyega and Daisy Ridley, with Mark Hamill returning as Luke Skywalker.
